You're invited to attend the 2nd Community Informational Meeting regarding the Hays/Russell Water Transfer Application. It will be held on Monday, May 9th at 7:00 PM at the Edwards County Fair building in Kinsley. 

The meeting agenda includes:

• Strategies will be discussed
• GMD #5 will explain their role in the Water Transfer Law Process
• Update on the results of discussions with KS Chief Engineer David Barfield
• How to keep updated using the internet
