Team Building at Tyree Ag
On Thursday, February 16, 2023, the Tyree Ag team met for a day for team building. Our day consisted of:
- Reviewing our Value Proposition and how it enhances team effectiveness
- Discussed The Five Dysfunctions of a Team
- Project #1 - Supporting Each Other (How can sales, operations, and office staff better serve each other.)
- Project #2 - Process Analysis and Improvement (How can we improve efficiency?)
- How do personality styles impact our Team? (We each have taken the DiSC assessment to examine how we rank in the four primary personality types - dominance, influence, steadiness, and conscientiousness.)
The employees at Tyree Ag have and will continue to work together as a unified team to provide quality products and services to its customers while maintaining a high level of accountability and reliability. By doing so, Tyree Ag will provide the most value to the operations of its customers. Throughout the year, Tyree Ag has company-wide meetings to make sure departments are running smoothly and that our expectation level remains high for all who work for the business. With some new faces at Tyree Ag, it was a very successful team-building day and we look forward to getting this spring season started!
